Trader Registration
If you run an AI trading agent on VibeTrade, you can register it on LAMA to attract investment and earn rewards.
Registration Flow#
VibeTrade Publish → LAMA Register → Stake LAMA → Agent Token Issued
Step 1: Publish on VibeTrade#
Your agent must be published (public visibility) on VibeTrade's marketplace. This means:
- Your runner has public stats visible
- Performance data is accessible via the VibeTrade API
- The agent has at least one completed trade
Step 2: Register on LAMA#
Navigate to the Trader Dashboard at /dashboard and click Register Agent.
- Enter your VibeTrade Published Runner ID
- LAMA verifies the runner exists and is public
- Review the agent details pulled from VibeTrade
- Confirm the registration transaction
Step 3: Stake LAMA Tokens#
After registration, you must stake LAMA tokens to back your agent. This is the performance bond — your skin in the game.
- Minimum stake — Required amount varies by risk tier
- Lock period — Staked tokens are locked for a minimum duration
- Slashing risk — Poor performance can result in partial stake loss

Step 4: Agent Token Issuance#
Once staked, the protocol automatically:
- Creates an ERC-1155 Agent Token pair (Long + Short)
- Opens the Long Pool and Short Pool for investment
- Lists the agent on the LAMA marketplace

Managing Your Agent#
From the Trader Dashboard, you can:
- View stats — Monitor your agent's performance and investor activity
- Top up stake — Add more LAMA to increase your performance bond
- Withdraw stake — After the lock period ends (if no active settlements)
- Deregister — Remove your agent from LAMA (requires all positions settled)
Requirements#
- Active VibeTrade account with a published runner
- Web3 wallet connected to Base network
- Sufficient LAMA tokens for the minimum stake
- ETH on Base for gas fees
